    CN|Alive is our health and wellbeing initiative, which provides avenues to balance our daily lives more easily. It includes various activities such as massages, reflexology, pilates, yoga, and complimentary health seminars.
    Carter Newell subsidises the cost of these activities, making them both enjoyable and affordable.
    We are also ‘mad’ about sport and encourage staff to get involved in sporting and fitness opportunities, on the field or on the sidelines cheering. We have corporate netball, triathalon, indoor cricket and touch football teams to join, just to name a few.
  • CN|Recognition
    We offer a formal program of recognition to ensure our staff are valued and acknowledged for their contributions.   A range of initiatives are on offer to ensure staff are rewarded in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • CN|Advance
    We are committed to providing employees with training and development opportunities to support their personal and career development. The CN|Advance program provides a range of different development opportunities to employees that combine professional development training, as well as systems and personal training. A large focus, however, is our career planning discussions, which take place at every level of the organisation.  Other initiatives include executive coaching, regular in-house CLEs, regular Professional Discussion Group sessions and external seminar support for approved courses.
  • Social Club
    Our active social club provides a range of events to get staff involved throughout the year.  Such events include monthly drinks nights, which are often themed or take place at various venues around town, dinners, karaoke nights and, of course, the Christmas party.
