Glenn Biggs Glenn Biggs is an Insurance Partner in the Aviation Insurance team.
Glenn specialises in aviation, transport and liability law. He acts for a range of major Australian and international insurers and brokers, as well as advising numerous public and private corporations including airports, energy and petroleum providers, mining companies, transport companies and aircraft operators with respect to risk management and insurance advice.
Glenn has a diverse practice covering all aspects of commercial litigation and dispute resolution in insurance, aviation law and heavy motor vehicle. He provides advice on policy indemnity issues (particularly liability, airport, ISR, hull, hangerkeeper, heavy haulage and premises policies), liability issues, and also quantum advice in respect to property damage, dependency claims, loss of profits and personal injury damages.
Glenn has practiced litigation in all States and Territories of Australia, and has conducted claims and recoveries in Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Indonesia and the United Kingdom.
Glenn is actively involved in the aviation insurance industry and is currently a member of the Aviation Law Association of Australia & New Zealand. |
