Rebecca Stevens Rebecca Stevens is an Insurance Partner in the Property & Injury Liability team.
Rebecca specialises in the areas of insurance law encompassing public liability, product liability, personal injury, compulsory third party insurance and workers’ compensation. She also has considerable experience in policy drafting and exploring indemnity issues.
Rebecca has a particular focus on managing insurance schemes for high-volume claims and is often approached to provide training and front-end assistance to major corporate clients. Clients invite her to help them improve their risk management procedures and to work closely with brokers, insurers and insureds. Rebecca has represented clients for many years at compulsory conferences, mediations and trials and has a particular interest in catastrophic claims.
Rebecca is involved in the insurance industry and is currently the secretary of the Queensland Chapter of the Australian Insurance Law Association. She is also a director and board member of the national committee of the Australian Insurance Law Association. |
