Led by Senior Partner, Paul Hopkins and Partner Glenn Biggs, our Aviation team acts directly for a all types of aviation support service operators including ground handling operators, suppliers and manufacturers of aircraft parts and components, LAME’s, airline caterers and other associated airport support services such as cleaning contractors.  The firm has acted in respect of a range of issues including the application and interpretation of IATA Standard Ground Handling Agreements, contract negotiation, drafting and dispute resolution, defective design, defective workmanship, employment and wage issues, regulatory compliance, risk management, product liability and personal injury claims.
