In this seminar, the Aviation team covers a range of recent developments and key issues affecting aircraft operators, insurers and brokers.

- Dangerous Flights Abroad: Australia was stunned in 2010 when Sundance Resources mining executive Ken Talbot and others were killed from the crash of a small aircraft in West Africa. The 2015 Queens Bench case concerning that ill-fated flight raises a number of questions for aircraft operators, charterers and employers.
