BCIPA Intensive 2015 - Brisbane

Aug 2015 |

Construction & Engineering partner David Rodighiero is co-presenting a workshop covering the best approach to writing an adjudication decision at the upcoming QLS BCIPA Intensive 2015.

This session will guide attendees through how to best approach writing an adjudication decision, with contrasting examples of well written and poorly written decisions.

In addition, alongside industry colleagues, David is taking part in the panel discussion - Tips and traps in the adjudication process during which panellists will focus on the most common issues that arise in the adjudication process and provide practical solutions on how to address them.

The BCIPA Intensive 2015 is a specially designed half-day seminar for adjudicators and construction lawyers. This year’s program features four sessions:

  • a snapshot of recent significant case law and legislative changes
  • an interactive session focusing on identifying grounds for setting aside adjudication decisions
  • a workshop on the best approach to writing a decision
  • a panel discussion on common traps in the adjudication process, with a focus on practical solutions.
