One small phrase that exists in almost all aviation policies; but so often a phrase that is polarising, debated, contextualised and risk managed.
In our first Aviation presentation of 2017, the Carter Newell Aviation team look at the best way of finding meaning in these words and their interpretation in Aviation insurance. This presentation will analyse the four applications of the phrase in Aviation policies, comprising:
- A bailment exclusion;
- Trade risk coverage;
- Aircraft in use; and
- FBO coverage.
After addressing policy issues, we focus on the practical, commercial and insurance solutions available in managing ‘Care, Custody and Control’ risks.
