With the introduction of new industrial manslaughter offences in October last year, the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Qld) establishes significantly harsher penalties for individuals and organisations whose negligence results in the death of a worker.

In this Workplace Advisory seminar, Senior Associate Lara Radik will examine the new offences, with a specific emphasis on:
