Industrial Manslaughter - Brisbane
May 2018 |With the introduction of new industrial manslaughter offences in October last year, the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Qld) establishes significantly harsher penalties for individuals and organisations whose negligence results in the death of a worker.
