(Webinar) Compulsory core legal CPD - Practical Legal Ethics 2021

The Australian 2020 Ethics Index saw lawyers remain in the bottom 10 rankings of occupations across the country, although perceptions have significantly improved since 2019.

This session presented by Michael Bath, Partner (Sydney) and Louise Edmonds, Special Counsel (Sydney) consider key issues in ethical legal practice, by reference to lessons learned from the year that was 2020. In particular, they will review:
