The case of Dominello v Dominello and Anor; Dominello v the Nominal Defendant and Anor [2009] NSWCA 95 examines the liability of Mr Dominello and the Nominal Defendant in an action brought by Mr Dominello's wife for negligent driving as a result of a spillage of diesel fuel on a highway.
