Claims against real estate agents can arise from a number of different sources, including sellers, buyers, prospective buyers, landlords, tenants, and invitees or visitors to rental properties. We take this opportunity to remind agents of what steps they should take if a claim is made against them, or if they become aware of a circumstance which may give rise to a claim against them.
