Juliana joins Carter Newell’s Sydney team specialising in injury liability insurance.
She has extensive experience in public liability and has prosecuted and defended a range of personal injury claims. These include matters against owner/occupiers in respect of slip, trip and fall incidents; various Councils; as well as a number of fast food chains.
Her expertise extends to advising, prosecuting and defending CTP and work injury damages cases and claims in negligence against professional insureds.
Having conducted litigation in various Australian jurisdictions, she has undertaken work for a variety of clients, both lay and professional across a number of personal injury sub categories including public liability, work injury damages and CTP.
