Stephanie is a Senior Associate in the property & injury liability team after joining Carter Newell as a Graduate Lawyer in February 2009. She was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in December 2009.
Stephanie's experience includes acting in personal injuries claims under the PIPA and common law. She has advised insurers and corporate insureds on indemnity and liability issues as well as detailed quantum issues.
In addition to personal injuries claims, Stephanie is experienced in recovery claims resulting from property damage and litigated property damage claims, including court attendances with Counsel for appearances and hearings.
Stephanie has also previously undertaken rotations in Carter Newell’s Construction & Engineering, Resources, Commercial Property and Corporate teams.
