Danielle joins Carter Newell’s Sydney team, specialising in property and injury liability insurance. She has extensive experience in public and products liability and has defended a range of personal injury and property damage claims. These include matters against contractors in relation to worksite accidents, owner/occupiers including claims against residential, strata and commercial premises and property and facility managers in respect of slip and fall incidents.
Her expertise extends to advising and defending compensation to relatives claims, recovery actions under the workers compensation regime and catastrophic injury cases, as well as high-value construction disputes and claims in contract/negligence against professional insureds, including financial advisors, certifiers sand accreditors.
Having conducted litigation in various Australian jurisdictions, as well as appellate Courts, Danielle has also been involved in numerous Coronial Inquests. She has undertaken work for a variety of clients including recognised insurance providers, government agencies and large and small businesses across a number of different areas of law including insurance, construction and contract.
