Peter Motti has joined the firm’s corporate team as a Special Counsel. Peter has extensive experience advising clients, both nationally and internationally, on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, employee share schemes, commercial contracts, and general commercial matters within a broad range of industry sectors including agriculture, technology, engineering and infrastructure, government, real estate, and communications. He has a special interest in capital raisings having advised multiple clients in the early-stage tech industry and agribusiness industry.
