About Hannah
A highly experienced commercial litigator, Hannah helps private and public sector clients navigate planning and environmental law compliance and disputes.
Working with a diverse range of clients – from extractive resource operators and developers, through to government entities and landowners – Hannah advises on planning and development approvals, environmental compliance, incident response, litigious negotiation and matter strategy.
Experienced in complex litigation matters, Hannah has represented her clients in the Planning and Environment Court, the Court of Appeal, and the Land Court.
As the current President of the Queensland Environmental Law Association (QELA), Hannah is at the centre of new developments and reform relevant to environmental law. Her commitment to the community extends to her past roles within QELA – including as Vice President, Treasurer, Sub-committee Chair – and her role as a member of the Queensland Law Society’s Planning & Environmental Law Committee. Hannah is also a member of the Property Council of Australia’s Queensland Planning & Environment Committee.
Hannah is both respected and well connected within the environmental law community and regularly shares her knowledge and insights through white papers, publications and presentations.
