Joel White is a Senior Associate in the Professional Liability team.
Joel White has extensive experience advising clients across multiple jurisdictions with respect to transactional and litigation matters. Joel advises on matters involving claims under Australian Consumer Law, building and construction disputes together with substantial claims involving contract, negligence and insurance disputes.
Within our professional liability team, Joel will be advising on policy interpretation and coverage issues along with defending professionals.
