Lauren Colless

Lauren is an experienced employment lawyer, having advised clients on a range of employment-related issues.

 She advises a range of clients from small to medium enterprises, large corporations and not-for-profit organisations, on matters ranging from drafting contracts and policies, advising on redundancies and terminations of employment, advising in relation to liability for discrimination complaints, and assisting clients with unfair dismissal and general protections proceedings.

 Lauren has experience in representing clients in a variety of jurisdictions, including the Federal Court of Australia, Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, and the Fair Work Commission, as well as state based courts, tribunals and commissions, representing clients in relation to employment related disputes.
