Sarah is an experienced insurance and commercial litigation lawyer. She provides advice on policy coverage and defends claims under professional indemnity policies. She represents a broad range of professionals facing civil proceedings and/or disciplinary complaints. She has acted for architects, engineers, accountants, lawyers, construction industry participants as well as a variety of health professionals, including medical practitioners, nurses, psychologists, physiotherapists, optometrists, and dentists.
Sarah also has experience advising professionals and companies in respect of building and construction claims, complex contractual disputes, and debt recovery matters.
She is outcomes-focused and supports her clients with pragmatic and commercial solutions.
Sarah is foreign-qualified, having obtained her Bachelor of Laws from Otago University in New Zealand.
