Brett has also prepared, attended and participated in numerous mediations and provides advice to underwriters and insureds with respect to policy construction and interpretation.

Brett is a 2012 graduate of the Bar Practice Course and appears in applications, trials, and appeals in the Magistrates Court, Fair Work Commission, District Court, Federal Court, Federal Circuit and Family Court, Supreme Court and the Queensland Court of Appeal. He also has experience in making applications for special leave to appeal to the High Court of Australia and in the conduct of appeals in the High Court of Australia.
