The Mental Health First Aid Workplace Recognition Program acknowledges organisations across Australia that invest in equipping their people with mental health first aid skills, and who demonstrate a strong commitment to embedding these skills in their culture.
To achieve this advanced status, Carter Newell has maintained the required proportion of staff trained in MHFA and carried out a number of workplace actions that support mental health first aid.
