Professional and Management Liability Gazette 5th edition has been released

Carter Newell’s Professional and Management Liability Gazette 5^th edition has been released, joining the firm’s extensive suite of industry publications.

Aimed at providing a useful resource for our firm’s insurer, broker, professional and corporate clients, this edition examines cases involving solicitors & barristers, medical practitioners and financial advisors & accountants, and covers decisions relating to procedure and policy interpretation.
