Joseph is a Senior Associate in the Financial Lines insurance team.
He has acted for a wide range of professionals including accountants, solicitors, certifiers, various allied health professionals, general practice medical centres, migration agents, financial advisors, real estate agents and commercial property managers in both pre-court and litigated claims.
Joseph also has advised national and international insurers on indemnity issues, including policy response and the application of exclusions and the Insurance Contracts Act 1984 (Cth).
