Elsbeth is a member of the professional indemnity team. She has practised continually in this field since 2000.
Elsbeth focuses on construction industry matters, having acted in civil claims and disciplinary proceedings involving engineers (geotechnical, structural, mechanical and civil), architects/building designers, certifiers, quantity surveyors and contractors. In addition, Elsbeth has acted as coverage counsel for insurers, including in first-party claims and disputed claims under professional indemnity and other policy types.
She also has general professional indemnity experience and has acted for individuals in various professional groups, including accountants, financial planners, auditors, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, solicitors and barristers.
