The Lawyers Weekly Partner of the Year Awards are one of the Australian legal profession’s most prestigious accolades, recognising leading partners across individual practice areas nationwide. The New Partner of the Year (SME Law) category honours individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to their firm and clients within their first three years as a partner, demonstrating the drive, expertise and leadership that signals the next generation of talent in the profession.
Elevated to the Carter Newell partnership in February 2025, Stephanie has quickly established herself as a formidable presence in insurance and personal injury law. In her first year, she has delivered exceptional outcomes for clients across complex, high-value matters, built a thriving team, and demonstrated the kind of leadership that extends well beyond the practice of law.
