Brett Heath, Special Counsel, will be presenting at the upcoming Sir Ninian Stephen Masterclass in Insurance Law 2016 on 'Indemnity and Insurance Clauses'.
The Masterclass is an annual event. This will be the 4th and will be the first time it has been held in Brisbane, Queensland. The first was held in Perth in 2013. The second was held in Melbourne in 2014. The third was held in Perth in 2015.
Each Masterclass has been fully subscribed and attracts insurance solicitors, barristers, in-house lawyers and insurance claims officers and brokers, from all over Australia.
