In July 2007 the Commercial and Consumer Tribunal (CCT) demonstrated the importance of properly disclosing an agent's beneficial interest in a property transaction as requested in section 145 of the Property Dealers and Motor Agents Act 2000 (PAMD Act) in the Chief Executive, Department of Tourism, Fair Trading and Wine Industry Development v Philip John Dickens [2007] CCT PD003-07.
