Legislative obligations for principal licensees revisited
Oct 2015 |Michael Gapes, Partner discusses how the legislative landscape for the profession has, of course, changed significantly since the introduction of the Property Occupations Act 2014 (Qld) (the POA) and Agents Financial Administration Act 2014 (Qld) (the AFA Act) on 1 December 2014 and as a consequence, so have the statutory obligations imposed upon principal licensees. This article will address some of the key statutory provisions and procedures that principal licensees ought to be familiar with.
