Weathering the financial storm
Feb 2009 |Recent events surrounding the collapse of financial advisory firm, Storm Financial Limited (Storm Financial) and the pending legal claims against the financial planning industry have attracted much media attention and prompted the Federal Government to announce plans to implement formal regulation of margin lending by 1 July, 2009. We address some practical steps for the industry to manage any potential exposure.
